In 1907, VILLIGER KIEL came onto the market as a cigar with a goose quill as a mouthpiece to prevent tobacco from getting into the mouth. Even today, the KIEL is the "mother" of all mouthpiece cigars - now, of course, equipped with a plastic mouthpiece.
